My practice began as a personal search for stillness in a life filled with noise. Over a decade later, that search has evolved into a commitment to helping others find their own center. With a background in Hatha and restorative movement, I founded Asana Tree Studio to offer a space where the modern pace of life meets the grounding power of ancient discipline. My approach is grounded, personal, and focused on the transformative power of intentional breath.
